The Production Process

  • Green Hydrogen (GH2) is Produced by Electrolysis of Water using the Renewable Energy from CSTP Project.
    2H2O → 2H2 + O2
  • Nitrogen is produced by age old air Separation Technology (PSA) from Air.
  • Then Ammonia is Synthesized in a conventional Haber Bosch Process Unit that utilizes only renewable power;
    N2 + 3H2 → 2NH3
  • Ammonia(gas) is then converted to Di-Ammonium Phosphate (DAP) in DAP Production Unit by reaction of Phosphoric Acid
    NH3 + H3PO4 → (NH4)2PO4 (DAP)
